In her project management role at ColRich, Jessica’s solutions-oriented mindset facilitates her leadership of complex, cross-functional teams. She is adept at creating comprehensive plans and budgets for residential developments from pre-construction through completion. Jessica currently manages development activities for Epoca, a 93-acre master-planned community, which will provide approximately 2,500 brand-new homes in Otay Mesa within the City of San Diego. With a focus on team integration, cost control and risk mitigation, she ensures collaboration among Epoca’s architects, engineers, consultants, municipalities and regulatory agencies. “Be the change you want to see in the world” are words that drive Jessica’s desire to build strong relationships, advancing smooth project execution in support of ColRich’s development business. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Geography from Humboldt State University. Outside of the office, Jessica enjoys supporting her children’s sports teams, traveling and seeing live music.
